ASPERMONT, W.L.- Company Alts overflowed with many old legendaries, thanks to the ingenius suggestion of one idiot: GreyWolf64. His overgathering of the legendaries has led to some men being forced idle until they could find a place to deposit their loot.
GunOverdose took most of the blame for it as he was responsible as well for logistical stores of his regiment, but was soon pardoned as it was discovered that GreyWolf64 was the one, according to Joe: “Responsible for gathering 70%” of the legendaries, which are many in number and many in variety.
Irishkaiser - The latest MineZ update has brought with it new loot tables and new items and has therefore uprooted the old order in the game. It is incorrect to say that this is “Old MineZ”. Rather, it is a renaissance of sorts - the age of which the ideals of the previous era are used as the inspiration of the current era - giving the community a rebirth. Though it may be Marxist to say that a society is built upon the way of gathering, producing and distributing resources, to say that resources in itself is the source of society is completely false and that it should be taken into account many other factors that influence a society’s development such as its historic ties, its people, its value and of course, other people affecting them. MineZ is not exempt from this and has experienced plenty of change in the past, ours being affected quite well because of them.
Many great empires have failed or declined because they have failed to keep up with the current trend with new challenges and obstacles, though some have lasted for thousands of years or have grown from formidable to dominant power because they reformed themselves just in time. Many people fail to realize that the old way of doing things is not always relevant to the present and since MineZ’s latest update has smashed the old orders and created a great upheaval in the game’s flow, it has been a wake up call to our own “empire” that we need to rethink and re-look at the way we do things to stay competitive or at least secure.
Indeed, since we are the established, we are the “fixed” and the new challenges pass on the initiative to newer, up and coming groups maybe. This pretty much signals the current end of our current dominance but it does not signal our decline - only our challenge. The good news is, we have the assets and tools to meet this challenge, provided we have the courage.
This is embodied in the latest generation of Company Members whom we’ve started to call Generation Chill. These members are not as rigid or experienced as the older members, but many of them are enthusiastic at the very least. The best is always to have a mix of old, experienced veterans combined with newer and more up and coming, enthusiastic members. This way it is to ensure the continuation of the traditions of the people as the old impart wisdom, experience and identity on the young, and the young provide vigor and new ideas to the community. Who knows, they may even contribute to the UTC identity itself.
Never forget where you came from, but remember to not stay there all the time. Moving forward, we must remember this one sacred motto of ours: Nihil nocet nobis, Nothing can harm us.

First MineZ Update Trade Run. Reconnaissance has gathered that US1 is laggy as hell. Returning premiums have generally shown little hostility against UTC(for now), reasons maybe because they have weaker armor and refuse to risk an attack, but has shown extreme hostility to other players who are not part of their group.
Makus kicked for extreme incompetence as well.
ROUND 1 The two teams started in Logging Camp with the Aristocrats on the offensive. Though the Aristocrats had voice communication because the poor peasants could not afford TO BUY MICROPHONES, their strategy was really akin to like any aristocrat(that is to go straight at them in the most vulnerable way possible and fight them head on as a matter of honour). Irishkaiser in a high-pitched aristocrat voice insisted to set up an cannonade and bombard Logging Camp to submission. The artillery did its job and suppressed the defenders, but the Aristocrats failed to take advantage of their weakness as the group decided it best to wait after all their forces have deployed.
The aristocrats knew Yakuza was going to make a flanking attack, but the aristocrats were too busy sipping tea and expensive brandy to give a fuck and was rightfully flanked in the rear by Yakuza. TO THE ARISTOCRATS SURPRISE WITH THE BREACHES OF CONVENTIONAL MILITARY THINKING, THE DEFENDERS STORMED OUT OF THEIR GATES AND KILLED IRISHKAISER WHILE HE WAS ON HIS HORSE. Irishkaiser’s last words were “I do say, those men seem to be charging at us from the front while we are being attacked at the back! How most unconventional!”.
The long fight ended with a 1v1 between Hotcock and Sahlgutmir. Hotcock managed to win in the end with a decisive arrow shot.
The Aristocrats became the defenders in Logging Camp. The Aristocrats decided to use their HEIGHT ADVANTAGE BECAUSE OF GOOD NUTRITION UNLIKE THE PEASANTS WHO HAVE ONLY GRASS AND BREAD TO EAT. The tall 4'8 men set up and once began fought in the fix, rigid and slow manner. The Peasants were initially losing with the death of Finn and started closing in on Yakuza. Yakuza, however, successfully performed a holding action, allowing Hotcock to come to bear. GunOverdose was first killed in the confusion of the melee outside of Logging Camp and then Irishkaiser was killed by Hotcock through the most dishonourable means! A FLASH GRENADE! SUCH DISHONOR ONLY A PEASANT WOULD USE!.
Sahlgutmir was then 2v1’d.
IN THE FIELD OF HONOR, THE TWO TEAMS WERE TELEPORTED IN THE ARENA AND GIVEN TOURNEY KITS. Aristocrats formed a line of jousting knights and ran straight into the peasants who proceeded to just shoot 2 of them off, making Irishkaiser the only one to reach their line and knock Hotcock with the lance.
The brawl began and the peasants began to use cheapshots and each Peasant killed 1 Aristocrat.
AS A REWARD FOR THEIR FIGHTING PROWESS WITH THREE STRAIGHT VICTORIES… THE PEASANTS WERE ALL CONSCRIPTED INTO THE ARISTOCRAT’S ARMY WHERE THEY WILL MAKE EXCELLENT USE OF THEIR SKILLS FOR LOW PAY.
Man, fuck this autistic moron. This nigger thinks he can get away scot free from repeated mistakes and call it “funny”, he’s got another thing coming.
The Grey Pattern Musket is being replaced with the new Void-Model Rifles. These are the last trade runs with the Grey Pattern before being replaced with the new Void-Model.
Yakuza went on a murder spree across certain areas the past week, coinciding with the MineZ Update. Justifying his targets being mostly premium and that they were “attacking him first”(most probably by standing there and forcing a tense situation, making the other guy deal the first blow).
Company Members have generally been supportive after hearing Yakuza recount his tales, but certain other members have realized that “Holy shit, dude. He’s going to cause complications.”
Yakuza should remember that certain areas are to remain peaceful and that if he continues with his actions, he might attract a crowd, forcing his comrades out of their location as they may be transporting or carrying objects of value.
The Directory strangely also suggests Yakuza take up the leadership of the 55th as he is far more active than Benergy09. Shit’s complicated already, yo.
