ASPERMONT, W.L.- The Order of Merit system of awards has been re-instated after the valiant actions of Company members in Portsmouth. The Orders contain four categories: Grand Orders, Senior Orders, PvP Orders and Petty Merit.
Plans are being discussed as to awarding people for their past service as well, all the way to 2012 with the Directoire judging if they were worth it. All Company Members who knew they have served for at least a year will get the Honourable Service Award however.
Irishkaiser - Sophistication of our tactics and strategies is a noteworthy achievement of any clan, but the main problem lies in its flexibility. Standardized equipment, formation fighting, UTC style of command and control - within MineZ - are all very original concepts, but they were built for fighting in the South in a unique battlefield which we’re experts in.
This expertise may not translate well to fighting in the North. The matter of fact is, the more sophisticated we become, the more specific we are in solving a problem and only that problem. It is still too pre-mature to call ourselves a PvP pro clan, though we are within all reason effective at the very least - we are still not the best or experts in full head on fighting.
Our victory against Sgt Squad in Portsmouth was assured from the beginning because
1) They were fighting in terrain wherein we are very experienced and know well how best to deploy
2) They were more impetuous and lacked discipline
3) Their equipment was balls out inferior compared to our standardized gear
Our numbers just sealed their fate. Only some unimaginable disaster for us or miracle for them would somehow undo everything. The only problem that made us vulnerable was our food shortage which we would have been utterly destroyed in a chasing fight.
Our sophistication makes us masters of only 1 hemisphere. Not the whole world. To remedy which, we should remember to always switch tactics and learn. We haven’t had a good defeat in awhile, so we should be aware of the hubris we might acquire and cast it aside for reason and logic.

Trade run that started in Grimdale, moved server and fucking murdered the fuck out of some premium irons who seem to be a common enemy in the South. Took their gear and made suggestive gestures to them, specifically forming a V on our mouths and then sticking our tongues out, moving it up and down.
Premium reinforcements as usual. I am most concerned by the fact that they never switch tactics… Or use tactics at all.
Dreya got grounded because her brother made her swear at him and got her in trouble. More black pepper for my pasta.
