    • HEADLINES: Directory Shelves Invasion of Al Hasa Indefinitely

ASPERMONT, W.L.- Directory Member Irishkaiser shelves invasion of the East after much analysis of the current situation and recent experiences from both the past and present.

Costs and maintaining of a big offensive was deemed unfeasible and or not worth the risk when even the political objectives aren’t worth it.

    • EDITORIAL Re-Examining our Imperialistic Policies: Knowing when to stop.

Irishkaiser - With our shelved plans to invade Al Hasa due to the end of the Summer season for most of our members and because we were too busy being distracted by two wars, I have decided to re-examine our current foreign policy for one longer term goal.

Suppose we do colonize and or conquer the East. Suppose what then? What do we have to gain by annexing the East. Power? The East is full of degenerate premiums - let them keep it - and the people of MineZ and Shotbow, seeing how much these people are backstabbing hypocrite, are NOT WORTH the pixel wounds and effort of ONE SINGLE COMPANY GRENADIER.

The people we’ve encountered with recently has exposed that they are all a bunch of ingrates that will fuck with us when given the chance. The same people who hate bandits and or the Al Hasa premiums would shake our hands and cheer for us and stab us in the back at the same time. They are not worth the time or effort to protect. Sometimes I wonder maybe it would have been best to ally with the premiums and the bandits given how unreliable “healer”, “dungeon” or “friendly” players can be. A lot of them are not just for healing, but also for BANDIT GENOCIDE - to remove the bandits from the game completely instead of just making their playstyle a bit more viable - they openly call for the destruction of bandits and banditry in the game and that’s basically trading one extreme for another.

The Eastern premiums bandits are also full of people who try to play the bully pulpit and claim that they are MineZ or some shit like that and that they should be given more attention and priority from the staff. Going into the East would be just as bad on an administrative and political scale as the Al Hasa Disaster.

Dancookson was right when he said that not all premium are just one big group of PvPers. They’re a diverse bunch of asslicking, degenerate cunts that have one thing in common: having a huge emotionally-driven selfish ambition to put themselves in the center of the universe. Fuck them.

The East is still important to our future since they are still part of MineZ and a huge part of it, therefore interactions with them will always be inevitable both in-game and on the forums/reddit. Our Scavengers(scoopers they call themselves) and raiders have brought back a lot of equipment from dead or straggler premium bandits. We should still allow small scale raids on the borders of the Gravelands, but invasion of Al Hasa should be shelved indefinitely until we have the logistical and manpower capability to maintain a permanent presence there. Be happy with our current borders.

Another large profit trade run where Company forces composed of Kruziikaazjun, Yakuza, Mr.Pi, Ominous as Heavy Infantry with _Silver and Pittacus as the scouts.

Company forces started in Yawpton where they sold a chain set to some guy and then moved to Grimdale, where they continued selling until notified by Dawn Brigade that Genocide bandit clan was scouring the South and heading towards Grimdale. Company forces began preparing to fight and got in battle formation but Genocide clarified they weren’t looking to fight the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company and then proceeded to head North.

Company forces stood down and didn’t pursue because it “was not their fight”. The UTC then moved towards Pravus and then to Portsmouth where they sold out and got themselves a nice image.

The Company counter-marched back North and ended their trade run with a huge leather following but dispersed once making it past the Southern border.
