ASPERMONT, W.L. - On the 8th of Mid Year, the Company re-introduced heavy centralization to counter incompetent bureaucratic inefficiency and re-vitalize the stagnation and excessive upkeep with the June Reforms.
Policies of the reforms are heavily member-centric and concentrates on rebalancing premium-to-non-premium ratio, by heavily cutting off all “invalids”(i.e. premium members/useless people(but really it’s just the premiums).
The directory(i.e. Unknown [?] Clan members) expressed concern as to the somewhat unfair treatment and reverse-elitism in its dealings with members and also expressed concern of sudden cut-offs from relationships it had built in the previous eras such as the previous concordats with the Night’s Watch.
Newly appointed-Uber Fuhrer Irishkaiser responded that the Company no longer needs to be connected to anyone in MineZ anytime soon as the Company’s reputation is self-sufficient and that it is time to return to our homeserver-oriented roots and homeserver-oriented priorities[US10]. Irishkaiser also added “Heil!” at the end of his speech to the directory, which was kinda scary. Like, really dude - this is kinda questionable.
Irishkaiser - When I came into the industry, there was nothing. I built it, from the ground up and I maintained it with nothing but what was given to me. And I used it to defend and protect the interest of the average, common MineZ player.
When the Al Hasa update came in December, the Company was faced with a crisis - mass amounts of northern iron-clad bandits flooded the South and threatened our prosperity. Decisively I reacted and saved the Company by allowing a lot of people of all types to join and protect our trade caravans, certainly influenced by Clique PvP doctrine of numbers which was popular at the time.
Most of these people conscripted were premiums and most of them joined simply for the chance of PvP and because they had grudges to settle with the northern clans that flooded the Southern areas, a scenario not unlike Rome’s levy of BARBARIANS to fill the vacancy needed by its army.
Even WholeMilk, who at first I thought was just in it to play was suddenly drawn into this meta-war and though he helped us greatly in the past - I actually think he’s almost abandoned the common, average MineZ player.
Once the Post-Al Hasa patches were introduced to counter the Southern Iron-cladded bandits, these mass groups of people were no longer needed at all and trade runs were often plagued with rivalry and bad blood between the clashing egos of the premium players.
It was thought to be nothing at first but then when you realized that your public players, the loyal, the in-it-for-the-fun, the ones who don’t cause any trouble have nearly all but diminished in your organization you begin to realize “Oooooh shiiiiii-” when you remember what happened to Rome and her barbarian-enlisted legions.
What’s more, these players were already settled in the Company and it was difficult to support them all and they sometimes they demanded something out of the Company which was not theirs by right. Most of them have become useless anyway and it put a great strain on the functioning of the Company - it acted bigger than to what it was.
What really broke the yarn was the unprofessional, undisciplined terrible attitude given to someone appointed when I became a bit inactive. I’ve even heard stories that the officer’s orders were PUT TO A VOTE, that very moment made me ashamed to see that I actually heard that embarrassing moment HAPPEN in MY ORGANIZATION.
And rather than seeing the Company die a slow death with it trying to maintain on things and people it couldn’t afford, I’ve decisively decided to cut off all the invalids and re-orientate the enlistment policy.
We are a dynamic organization, constantly affected by the updates the admins throw at us, so we must dynamically keep up and shave off any unnecessary upkeep and or policies when deemed fit. This is what makes the Company great, not what it does or the people in it - but that that it is guided into ever-changing times with its motto:
NIHIL NOCET NOBIS
Nothing can harm us.
The directory reports that it delivered about:
4 Chain Sets
3 Enchanted Bows
4 Iron Swords
In exchange for
29 health potions
A new company record of 29 health potions of profits was attained in total after raising prices back to the previous 4 potions a chain set. The Trade caravan consisting of a smaller group of veterans performed exceptionally well compared to their previous job-holders and was able to defend and protect the caravan with little to no problems and professionally was one of the most beautifulest trade runs I have ever seen this side of the Community.
Saint Veracity of the Heilig die Ordnung das Fragenzeichritter and returning veteran ObliviousBob set new standards and changed Company thinking about what makes effective players.
All you Yuropoors are my bitches again and you can all suck my dick to start it off. Actually this time, the socialism is cool.
Yeah, you know, they always keep paying for it anyway and most of them don’t even help down South anymore, let alone play MineZ.
Some I even suspect are with the northern cunts that oppress the poor, southern man.
We’re actually waiting for him to shut up about updates on his work so he can work on it.
