ASPERMONT, W.S.- The Army of the Recovery, having recovered the last Pumpkin in Tahosa and earned the final Battle Honour. and claims a tactical victory of having claimed the last Sunday Pumpkin. The Legion D'Honneur of the Tahosa Battle will be posted later as soon as I get to it.
The Battle of Tahosa was noted for very high casualty rates, but that was only because the losses sustained were within a short amount of time from each other. Most of Abel Company survived and inflicted numerous casualties on the enemy, with UTC_StolenValor(Pittacus) getting kills by herself alone and 2 more were defeated by elements of the 234th.
Lieutenant_Joe was reported to save Pittacus' life when she got stuck in a cobweb and jamwizard2 was reported to have shown his valor and tenacity in battle. Irishkaiser was killed by a pigman behind his own barricades and the unit was moved further behind to a second line of defense set up by Irishkaiser - using the pigmen and zombies as an interim barricade against elements of Corsair.
Most of Banjo Company died scouting out and narrowed down the possible chest locations to the church in Tahosa. FlyingSquid, a new member of the 93rd and discovered the chest then took the goods and escaped, thus ending the battle. Company survivors then extricated themselves without losing anymore iron members.
Directory then proceeded to demobilize the Army of the Recovery and slowly return them to their duties after a one major ceremony.
The list of the Army of the Recovery during the Battle of Tahosa:
Irishkaiser - 222nd, I Corps Commander
Irishkaiser - 222nd, Company Commander*††
jamwizard2 - 234th*
PlasmaKnight7 - 234th
Lieutenant_Joe - 95th*†
YakuzaFour - 111th*†
Pittacus - 111th*
Chibotle - 111th*†
GunOverdose* - 93rd, Company Commander†††
derussiander - 93rd†
Pi - 93rd*†
Meme - 93rd†
mnidust - 93rd†
Note, “asterisks” denote Full Company Members
Irishkaiser - I have to go do something else now, but basically. Too many Company Members is a bad thing. It devalues the membership as seen by Meme and Derussiander’s outright refusal of a direct order. Increase the Regimentals first before you go about promoting people to Company Member.
The Directory proudly announces that it has delivered
2 Chain Sets
2 Iron Swords
2 Infinity Bows
in value exchange for
14 Health Potions
We made this one quick so we could free up more men for the Pumpkin Campaign and to satisfy honor.
So many different regiments each doing their own drill. What the fuck, guys.
One for being super white, the other for being a killer.
Extra resources produced for the Pumpkin Campaign overfilled the alts of the UTC. Some suggest on donating the surplus equipment to non-hostile clans like Dawn Brigade, while some have opposed the idea saying that the equipment will probably just fall into enemy hands anyway.
Two new alts have been given access to Irishkaiser, allowing the UTC to have the possibility of expanding or conducting operations far beyond current borders. The alts have been compared to Naval Carriers, allowing the UTC to project force within any region it wants.
Throughout the week, Company Members and Regimentals take more pumpkins and sometimes entire loot chests as a policy started by Pi to practice for the final Sunday Pumpkin that was at Tahosa.
GunOverdose oversaw the final Spookyfest Pumpkin loot, after Irishkaiser disagreed with the idea, but went on anyway to support GunOverdose since he called for as many troops as possible and of course, WHEN CALLED TO DO A JOB, THE 222nd WILL DO, BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST REGIMENT AND FOLLOW ALL ORDERS WITH EXACTNESS. The results were more successful in terms of PvP than in actually achieving the objective. Common criticism of Gun overseeing the operation was his tunnel vision and impetuousness, a pattern that has been repeated since the first half of the Pumpkin Campaign.
Derussiander and Meme were kicked for disobeying direct orders of surrendering pumpkins paid for with Company equipment and Company blood and supported by the Company. When asked, Derussiander responded that it was mainly his vanity. Meme at first thought Derussiander was crazy and then changed his mind cause, I don’t know, it’s his style to be like that.. For their direct disobedience, Irishkaiser kicked them from the Company.
The majority of the Army of the Recovery was astounded by their selfish vanity, wondering why they spent so much effort, time and resources only for the two to betray their previous agreement and consent of destroying and burning the pumpkins in the first place. People from all regiments, mostly those who participated in the Pumpkin Campaign, called for their outright removal from the 93rd as well, citing 93rd’s history of premium traitors, but Irishkaiser would not go further and said that it’s up to Gun and his regiment now, for which GunOverdose received fire and flak from the 95th, the 234th and the 93rd.
The Pumpkin Campaign ended during Sunday and all forces were demobilized. GunOverdose and his impetuousness however got him to call up a force that never was prepared at all for this and using them way too fast.
This is for the entire Campaign.
1) Trade Run completed. SOP.
2) Finish the Manual(order to the author)
