- DOMESTIC JUNE REFORMS KICK LIST.
ASPERMONT, WESTERLANDS- Aspermont streets were sound with the GRAND BATTERY OF THE CONVENTION KILLING TURKS AND PREMIUMS, beginning the June Reforms Week Celebration. A cake party was held in Aspermont, with a special concert given by the Regiment of Virtues.
The Regiment of Virtues also had another surprise. It had rebuilt itself with many of senior veterans returning to GunOverdose, hearing his call of NIGGERS AND IMMIGRANTS IN MY FATHERLAND. The good, retired white men heard the call and flocked with angry shouts of why young people suck or some shit like that. I don’t know what old people say. But something something, extolling the virtues of the June reformation.
Images and video of the party will be censored and edited to ensure protection of all the major participants.
John F. Kennedy- The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.
But I do ask every publisher, every editor, and every newsman in the nation to reexamine his own standards, and to recognize the nature of our country’s peril. In time of war, the government and the press have customarily joined in an effort based largely on self-discipline, to prevent unauthorized disclosures to the enemy. In time of “clear and present danger,” the courts have held that even the privileged rights of the First Amendment must yield to the public’s need for national security.
Today no war has been declared–and however fierce the struggle may be, it may never be declared in the traditional fashion. Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe. The survival of our friends is in danger. And yet no war has been declared, no borders have been crossed by marching troops, no missiles have been fired.
If the press is awaiting a declaration of war before it imposes the self-discipline of combat conditions, then I can only say that no war ever posed a greater threat to our security. If you are awaiting a finding of “clear and present danger,” then I can only say that the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent. It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions–by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.
Nevertheless, every democracy recognizes the necessary restraints of national security–and the question remains whether those restraints need to be more strictly observed if we are to oppose this kind of attack as well as outright invasion.
For the facts of the matter are that this nation’s foes have openly boasted of acquiring through our newspapers information they would otherwise hire agents to acquire through theft, bribery or espionage; that details of this nation’s covert preparations to counter the enemy’s covert operations have been available to every newspaper reader, friend and foe alike; that the size, the strength, the location and the nature of our forces and weapons, and our plans and strategy for their use, have all been pinpointed in the press and other news media to a degree sufficient to satisfy any foreign power; and that, in at least in one case, the publication of details concerning a secret mechanism whereby satellites were followed required its alteration at the expense of considerable time and money.
The newspapers which printed these stories were loyal, patriotic, responsible and well-meaning. Had we been engaged in open warfare, they undoubtedly would not have published such items. But in the absence of open warfare, they recognized only the tests of journalism and not the tests of national security. And my question tonight is whether additional tests should not now be adopted.
The question is for you alone to answer. No public official should answer it for you. No governmental plan should impose its restraints against your will. But I would be failing in my duty to the nation, in considering all of the responsibilities that we now bear and all of the means at hand to meet those responsibilities, if I did not commend this problem to your attention, and urge its thoughtful consideration.
On many earlier occasions, I have said–and your newspapers have constantly said–that these are times that appeal to every citizen’s sense of sacrifice and self-discipline. They call out to every citizen to weigh his rights and comforts against his obligations to the common good. I cannot now believe that those citizens who serve in the newspaper business consider themselves exempt from that appeal.
I have no intention of establishing a new Office of War Information to govern the flow of news. I am not suggesting any new forms of censorship or any new types of security classifications. I have no easy answer to the dilemma that I have posed, and would not seek to impose it if I had one. But I am asking the members of the newspaper profession and the industry in this country to reexamine their own responsibilities, to consider the degree and the nature of the present danger, and to heed the duty of self-restraint which that danger imposes upon us all.
Every newspaper now asks itself, with respect to every story: “Is it news?” All I suggest is that you add the question: “Is it in the interest of the national security?” And I hope that every group in America–unions and businessmen and public officials at every level– will ask the same question of their endeavors, and subject their actions to the same exacting tests.
And should the press of America consider and recommend the voluntary assumption of specific new steps or machinery, I can assure you that we will cooperate whole-heartedly with those recommendations.
Perhaps there will be no recommendations. Perhaps there is no answer to the dilemma faced by a free and open society in a cold and secret war. In times of peace, any discussion of this subject, and any action that results, are both painful and without precedent. But this is a time of peace and peril which knows no precedent in history.
Irishkaiser- The speech by former US President John F. Kennedy highlights a very important but forgotten part of our culture that was abused recently by certain people. We have always said to speak out the truth, but sometimes, I do admit we censor certain information as military necessity. It’s one of those things that only dutiful people can appropriately answer and not everyone is dutiful or knows how to navigate through a moral dilemma.
A lot of people have kept quiet about their problems over the last year. Many have even taken part in a plot just cause they don’t like this one guy or like each other too much to care about doing the right thing. Those same people have also conspired against themselves and simply forgot about it. The same people who conspired against one guy, when foiled, eventually conspired against the master planner and betrayed her.
In the past too, the same people(chiaggi and UnmaskMe) conspired against themselves and I let them off cause I thought it was just petty, one-time things. Originally as something stupid we’d laugh in the future about because it was just so immature at the moment. I never knew they wouldn’t outgrow it or realize just how cruel they were, just from each other with UnmaskMe deliberately lying about a person again just cause she wouldn’t get her way and Chiaggi suddenly, as usual gets defensive when asked to testify and bring up facts.
This is something that should be reminded in the June Reforms of this year. Of all our virtues and values, truth and honesty is currently the most scarce and therefore the most important. It is something that can only be generated by a people within who realize its benefits. I have called it willful ignorance, but now I see that it is a solid, hard part of people’s personalities. These events have shaken our faith in people and humanity. We have once again been too blinded by the “good” and “potential” of mankind, that we once again have ignored their gaping flaws and potential bullshit, allowing it to fester and grow instead of cutting it out as it should have been. But, it is good to be reminded.
We reject this cowardly retreat from truth. The main problem comes from the people who don’t realize that it is better to help each other than saving ourselves. We embrace the value of righteousness and rational thinking and we endorse for all time, honesty, true justice and glorious liberty all over the world.
Our watchword is Justice. Our password is Free.
But seriously, John F. Kennedy was right. Imagine if we were all about truth too much against an enemy who wants to FUCK WITH US. What do we do? Tell them where my dads live and what military rank they’re in? What if I suddenly get kidnapped just to get to that guy or some shit. Or maybe my pug or whatever.
The following reaction has been submitted for a slot of the editorial in the Empire Newspaper. The context of the Disenfranchised’s statement was his criticism of a Madman(Irishkaiser) who attacked said Disenfranchised head on in a vicious accusation that amounted to his kicking. The response was given by a Lobster who wished to express his views due to his own closeness with the Disenfranchised.
“The first time you had competent and free-thinking members – SOMETHING YOU ALWAYS WANTED – you felt "threatened” and shit and had to make them turn against you so everyone would feel sympathy for you."
This line bothers me. I’m fairly certain that we’ve ALWAYS had competent and free-thinking members and I’m pretty sure everyone’s always been free-thinking in the Company, every single person. If anything, there have been LESS of them lately. What the fuck did Critz think about anything? Or Chiaggi? As far as I’m concerned, they were just followers without critical thinking. Chibotle was just Pittacus' lackey. Man, you’re literally just pulling shit out of your ass. If anything, I’m the only one that’s trying to model myself after Irishkaiser, and even I disagree wholeheartedly with some of the decisions he makes. There’s nothing I can say - if I tell him he’s no better than them for doing it, he says he is doing it in self-defense and not as an attack. He has chosen the path of aggressive defense rather than passive perseverance - he HAS changed, it’s true.
He has been molded by his enemies to be cold and uncaring towards them, for they treat him like he’s subhuman, not just in their language (as we in the UTC have always done, even if it’s satirical), but in their actions.
He is a flytrap, not a birch. He would rather fight them, rain fire upon them for slighting him, turn the game into an actual warzone – as his president would – than take it lying down, as I would do to protect my code of honor.
He does take the game seriously, far too seriously, but it’s more out of a desire to keep his friends safe, keep it fun for everyone. They hate our clan, and they have tried everything they could to tear it down and they complain that he doesn’t sit down and take it, allow it to fall, as I would, because he believes the UTC, with all of its ideas, history, and characters, deserves to exist. I respect him for his sticktoitiveness, I respect that he’d alter his own honor code for the sake of the people around him, and that he wouldn’t show anyone that he would pity himself for it. He doesn’t privilege anyone in the clan over anyone else, he don’t let anyone get away with something another couldn’t get away with, because to do so would be to betray the model he molded.
Everyone has their favorites, but not everyone can refrain from playing the favoriting game.
The Directory proudly announces that it has delivered
2 Infinity Bows
2 Chain Sets
2 Iron Swords
in value exchange for
14 Health Potions
An uneventful trade run with no encountered hostiles for the June Reforms. The Trade Run managed to sell out very quickly, simply due to the fact that many were now just armed with Battle Inventories rather than merchant-battle mixed. During the operations, a UTC special operations group engaged and defeated Towshe and his friends, capturing a diamond sword and an iron armor set from separate players.
No UTC casualties were inflicted at all in this trade run. Even the scouts all lived through it.

Pizza delivery. Knock knock, Irishkaiser. Boom, you’re dead.
Irishkaiser, Undercover Boss Drill. Led by Cyclone, some other guy and then Fercho and shit. I stayed up all night to participate in this shit so bear with me because I don’t remember most of it.
ROUND 1 - TIRED AS FUARK: CYCLONE WINS
Cyclone comes and leads a drill team. Beats up… I forgot who was on the opposing team.
ROUND 2 - SUPER TIRED AS FUARK: DON’T EVEN REMEMBER
Fercho joins and leads a team opposing team. Cyclone leaves. Irishkaiser takes over Cyclone’s Team. Fercho wins. Details, I don’t remember
ROUND 3 - TOTALLY FORGOT
I have no recollection whatsoever. All I remember is a mapchange. Fuck, I don’t even remember my teammates because I was so fatigued.
The Imperial General Staff has re-evaluated the current defense needs and our defense actuality and it turns out we have a lot of “wine”. Like, seriously. A lot. The wine is interesting as it gives us an unprecedented advantage in the meta, but at the same time, they could not do anything. This was sharply criticized by some members as having all the senses, but none of the motor skills.
The week preceding the June Reforms was deemed as peaceful by the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company with just one fight of a small scale that I don’t even bother reporting it. The rest were mostly peaceful encounters and just passing by. All units of Task Force Chester were asked to come home from frontline service and enjoy a free week of dicking around, doing whatever they want. AS LONG AS YOU DON’T CHEAT, OF COURSE.
Due to the success of Task Force Chester, the fighting force is slowly being dissolved and responsibilities for policing certain areas are given back to their practical regiments. The 111th Regiment and the 234th Regiment are given the largest stretch of territories to police. The 1st and 93rd regiments which have the most service contributions to the areas formerly occupied by Objective Abel, which is considerably smaller and will police that place before normalcy will return and we’ll just get whoever is nearby at the moment to police or as a patrol stage.
The 234th Regiment of Whitehaven “Graduates” were agreed as incompatible in doctrine with the rest of the UTC by the Grand Staff and will be functionally transformed into a regular regiment of the line. Though “graduates” will no longer be given the same sort of prioritized “system”, members of the regiment can transfer of their own free will. The regiment is not asked to change its internal organization. It’s just that the other component regiments will no longer accept “graduates” who choose a regiment other than the 234th.
They must first be 234th regimentals and then ask to transfer like everyone else, which MUST include the consent of BOTH THE CONCERNED CONTRACTING regimental leaders.
Nigra Cyclone in Bix Nood, returning from his leave, was later spotted whining like a little bitch, shoving his half-developed fetus clones in our face saying “NO YOU WANT THIS. THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT.”. The people he shoved his clones in the face on kept saying “Please, stop… You’re making me uncomfortable.” to which he ignored. He was later pressed charges for harassment.
All regiments by the way, are now encouraged to recruit for themselves.
The Imperial General Staff by discussion of modifying its doctrine due to its experiences of 1.9 has opted for a centralized, more elite volunteer force. Plans are being conceptualized(but still not taken into effect) which can make the regiments akin to states and the Imperial [?] Army being the standing military of these united regiments. This allows most people to have a “sloppy” inventory and just dick around, doing
your mom whatever they wish, while the Grand Staff will serve as its chief operational planner and can still have resources and men to throw at a crisis when it occurs. Mass mobilization can still occur which will then ask all regiments to conscript its men for a major campaign and operation that requires manpower.
Ideas are being tossed around such as, you will be given a uniform if you choose to join the Imperial [?] Army and you can take it off to show whether you’re in active service or not, the service terms and duration of military obligations and making serving in the army with good conduct as an additional pre-requisite for Company Membership. Also, including Imperial Citizens eligible to serve in the Imperial [?] Army.
This Future Force is still an idea and nothing is set in stone. It may not even be the exact future defense policy of the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company, which de-emphasizes large standing armies which are difficult to maintain and expensive and stressful to supply.
The 93rd’s pride returned and has been rebuilt to build more pride.
In spirit of the June Reforms, the following people have been removed from the clan in the week preceding or during the June Reforms for a variety of reasons:
IronRaptor3 - Inactivity
Vaarka - Inactivity
YakuzaFour - Refusal to disprove he was cheating after he promised to disprove.
Mr.Pi - Inactivity, suspected espionage on certain members.
Zad - Inactivity
ObliviousBob - Charged for conspiracy against a fellow, lying and overall inactivity.
Ho, brother Regs, doth hear the decree? There they go, finally at last! We are to renew the UTC..! There they go, finally at last! - FINANCE Bear Market no longer as bad.
- FINANCE Clan Bank increases by 9%
Ver “JP Morgan” City, in spite of still being in a bear market, decided to do some pretty ballsy gambles, which garnered the Clan Bank a 9% increase in value for the week. Maintenance value also increase in our deposits, but it’s practically like .001% increase. All praise him.
