ASPERMONT, WESTERLANDS- The Directory releases its report on the performance of the Army of the Coalition. Names withheld to provide security and motivation to improve
The Chief of Staff has, and is still unimaginative and quite markedly dogmatic when it comes to doctrine. He has been described by some members of his staff to be a fanatic to “proven” ways of fighting, very slow to change(though he does accept change eventually) and is still very highly centralized. He has treated the entire army to function as if it were a company.
Times such as when the fight was raging in the Tiny Dock chest battle, though he performed brilliantly on his front - the Chief of Staff - who was the Corps Commander as well… Left his other troops dithering and contributed to the false information and making the other leftover units feel like they were actually chasing the Pumpkin against TBC. He is still too highly centralized and ignores everything else, concentrating on the task before him with unbreakable focus. These traits make a person a good field commander and company leader: one who solves the task in front of him with incredible efficiency and focus. It is however, not the trait looked for a general or a man managing an entire army.
The General Staff of the Spookyfest 2017 Coalition on the otherhand were smart and energetic, and demonstrated their utility by complementing and compensating for the Chief of Staff’s own shortcomings. As should be the relationship between Staff Officers and their Chief. The open and harsh criticism and insistence of points of views were sometimes taken too far but some Staff members pointed out to other Staff members that they were simply criticizing the Chief of Staff to “put him in his place” rather than actually helping him as was their duty because one time, the Chief of Staff asked a very legitimate question on where the Staff Officers thought the deployments should be. That was pretty gay if you ask me that we literally told him “IT’S NOT OUR JOB. DO YOUR JOB, CUNT.” when he WAS DOING HIS JOB. At least the Staff has self-awareness to criticize themselves.
The first time foreigners were part of a Staff, they just watched and observed for the most part, unfamiliar with UTC customs and some were wondering why the “infighting” when to us, it is a military necessity to criticize and constantly debate for the truth. Some were questioning why certain individuals were on the Staff even though they did nothing. In their defense, those people were there to ensure they knew the whole overall plan and intentions to which they pass on to others. Others were there cause they promised to come then they were inactive. Some were there because their schedule suddenly changed mid-campaign.
The supplies and gear, calculated with an attrition rate of at least [REDACTED] players dead a day, the UTC can wage war for about one month before supplies are depleted. Which is good, if you can count that attrition rate being everyday. Very good in fact. We are not wanting in regular fighting supplies with the exception of legendaries that of course, take more effort to get.
The fighting for the most part has given us a taste of spread out fighting with regrouping with and against far away players of varying gear. But the most important lessons of all were the experiences of lagfighting. That experience is very invaluable as shotbow’s servers all shoot themselves to shit even though their player count decreases… For some strange reason…
A big problem, though only introduced is an inventory list. Inventory listing has great potential to be highly structured and organized but the system was never applied effectively. It only gave us a basic stock count for like the first week, but then after that… We just let it dithered as supplies to replenish and take out just made it too much work to keep track. If we can find a way to keep track of inventory, it would be a great administrative boon and help us plan our next moves. WHAT GETS MEASURED, GETS CONTROLLED. Whoever
With the vast majority of UTC composing the Coalition, the foreigners adapted to UTC fighting within a week. This is good. Quick learning means simple is best. Though not expected to get the doctrine and attitude, they were useful enough.
Irishkaiser - I just gotta say, with the money we’re raking in, I am very thankful to have started in a time when the economy, not just our own but the GLOBAL ECONOMY all over the world: from the United States, China, Brazil all places that aren’t warzones right now is doing pretty good. Everything is just good. It’s just so good I just can’t help but talk about how good we have it right now. Maybe it’s because we’ve finally broken off from the the period before. It took us two years to get back on track and now this is the year where we outperform the times plagued by the 2008 Financial Crisis.
All the doomsayers or people who are like shit still sucks are fucking liars. Not everyone of course experienced the increase commonwealth and opportunity but overtime, everyone has. It’s better to be poor now than it has been years ago.
It’s just that good. I just gotta say it. Even rivals and enemies from all over the world are all experiencing growth. Russia and the US, Japan and China and of course the UK and the rest of the European market. Everyone is winning… In this field anyway.
Still, we must remember that this may not last forever and that we should always plan for our future to safeguard us from depressions which are natural. Remember: Nothing is Impossible. And that cuts both ways.

The first all-regimental trade run, combined with Imperial Citizen support. Pretty good for a bunch of rookies as well against premiums. No major incidents were reported until the caravan was attacked by Omegapirateroy, who was engaged and destroyed by Company forces. Omegapirateroy respawned and attacked the Caravan again at Camp Bell with assistance from Lifedogofpeace. After everything was sold we went North and logged out a little ways East of the Farm house North of Camp Bell.
For a bunch of rookies, most of the problems were on an acceptable level, but some such as one Regimental breaking away from formation and had to be repeatedly called back to regroup. Some customers as well were killed as always as the rookies didn’t really know how to deal with them. Their items were used by the premiums to push on to the UTC’s rank and file.
Luckily, most of the “heavy” equipment to be sold was still stored on alts and accounts of busier UTC members.
It’s on the Headlines, you bum.
An Imperial Citizen original - passed on to the rest of the UTC. Science generated by Citizens yeehaw.
Jesus, we should’ve really just kept them all in a single alt. It’s hard to find and deliver them to everyone else. Lessons learned, everyone.
150,000PHP is the new goal. The reason being that it will serve as a buffer for 150,000. The Exchequer has decided however that since we have about 4-5 months of US Dollar reserves from Cyclone left to pay for the Drill Server, we should just see what we can get within 4-5 months before we actually start spending.
That’s the practical way. We will begin our quarterly reports at the end of December. Congratulations everyone. War is over.
