ASPERMONT, WESTERLANDS- General plans were presented to the Grand Staff on the expansion of the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company to deal with the issues of the day. The Directory agreed with the plans(actually it was more like “yeah sure, whatever. Go for it.”) and gave the Staff Officer the go-ahead to implement his plans.
Pundits debate that another rapid expansion in the UTC is currently not prudent since it is still modernizing its current capabilities.
Irishkaiser - So I completely forgot to get back to it and I totally lost all my motivation to write about this one. So instead, I’m just gonna say that what is lacking in the Millennials is empathy - the ability to know what it’s like to be in the shoes of others.
Think about it and we’ll once again use the premiums as an example since it’s something most readers here can relate to. We all play MineZ.
You know how we defend the healers from being overtaken by the bandits? Yes, well the “nice” healers would do the same thing to the bandits and attempt to eradicate them as well and we’d have to defend the bandits as well from unnecessary and oppressive healer suggestions bent on removing them completely from the game.
Examples are people like Beast2x, SuburbanSB and Godlikespie. All apparently “nice” people who go around behind others' backs and consult with a small few to turn a game that once welcomed everyone in it to… Only welcome themselves. One thing they had in common though is that their ideas made them leave the game after implementing their changes.
Ah, premiums. Very smart.
But this is about Millennials Goddamnit. I’m getting sidetracked with my eternal hatred for the eternal premium.
So anyway other than empathy, millennials also are very self-entitled. In the old days, there was some form of hierarchy in society and you generally got shit on before you had the chance to shit on someone. Fuck it, just watch this video to explain what was expected of you back then.
A millennial wouldn’t take it and take the pressure to improve at all. Instead, he’d rather improve his comfortable surroundings. The millennial would complain and cry and probably turn away the more experienced person who is only rightly harsh and has to use physical force to show them exactly just how bad things can be.
Accepting you’re not strong enough or good enough yet for a job or a craft is something that’s fine. It’s OK. You’re not born perfect, but you must know that to achieve great things, it’s not easy and that to toughen you up, you must familiarize yourself with pain both physical, verbal or emotional.
An example would be Pittacus. We all know what she’s like. Self-entitled and a stubborn bitch and I find it right that her father beat her. I honestly do think that it’s fine parents may use corporeal punishment but only when they deserve it. And we can see from her own stubborn nature she does deserve to be tombstone piledriver’d.
For those of you grown up. Don’t tell me you weren’t a little shit as a child.
It’s 4:20AM and I’m tired. OK. Whatever, enough reasons. Tally ho, pip pip God Save the Queen, King and Country.
Ok, I’m back cause I think maybe I’m a bit harsh. I did say our ancestors only wanted what was best for us so we didn’t suffer like they did or some shit. Ok, whatever, I actually lost my train of thought. Thank you and goodnight.
The Directory proudly announces that it has delivered

A trade run stretched out as long as it possibly could to test out the new Carrier in battle. Unfortunately, the trade run could not find significant amount of hostiles enough to fully test it in the field. However, valuable experience and insight was acquired in its maneuver and deployment.
We require more combined-arms training or experience to get used to coordinating Carrier and or other Infantry types and maneuvers. The trade run, led by a Company Member, was complimented by an Imperial Citizen that joined the force along the way, specifically in how to handle hostiles both potential and actual.
But Goddamnit, I WANT MY CARRIER BATTLE.
Finally. A major drill. Unfortunately, no report. Time to Deport. Irishkaiser however comments that though he wasn’t there, from what he hears the Drills did not concentrate on teaching the right skillsets and was just an excuse to fight each other and show off.
The new guys were always thrown with the experienced and the new guys are therefore forced to take the pace of the experienced members to throw them in to a state they’re unprepared for. They learn little of importance other than to go forward and most of the time die and we do nothing to build their confidence.
Irishkaiser would like to repeat himself that though it is not written, the proper formula is always:
1) Individual Training
2) Group Training
That is how it SHOULD GO. I feel as though some of you people are too highly centralized and you force them to rely on the commanders and the person above them. THAT IS NOT HOW A TEAM OR A COHESIVE FORCE WORKS. A lot of the mentality of more experienced members seem to put the newer ones with the regard of cannon fodder.
I’ve seen it myself and heard it myself when I heard from most of you to make excuses for their skill level: “Irish, they’re cannon fodder.”
What the fuck kind of thinking is that. You limit them, you fucking cunts. When we can train them into something so much better and to be independent. No wonder people nowadays learn via death in actual game. And so we get Jacksons who die because of bum rush incompetence
The UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company received an interested offer from a premium to purchase one Carrier for his own personal use for actual 10USD.
This offer shocked the UTC at first, but eventually - the deal was later dropped after hesitation on the UTC’s part.
A changing of allocated ships resulted in the 501st having access and acquired responsibility to the Emerald Sea Fleet.
The Clan Bank released its new economic plan on the 14th of December 2017 where the bank plans to build up 1.2 Million PHP(about 24,000USD) while allotting 200,000PHP(4000USD) as part of a frugal yearly budget plan before it starts to actually spend heavily on actual stuff such as R&D for “specific goods” and or maybe set up the infrastructure for purchasing and or send gifts or merchandise. But also to R&D something… Someone wants from us.
Server payment, games payment, etc. etc.
To make this easier to understand for the MineZ players and to put it into perspective, the most expensive collocation hub(all-in-one network package) that psychz - Shotbow’s main service provider - has is about just 1000USD a month or 12,000USD a year. And we all know that Shotbow uses one of the the cheaper Los Angeles packages over the more expensive East Coast options.
In short, that would mean the total money is enough to be able to pay for Shotbow’s servers for about two years, though profitability and or “value” is not seen as… Prudent. So don’t get any ideas. I mean, this is all just to put it into perspective.
The Allotted Budget should be the “official” limit of the bank and now we will have the chance to simulate debt and overspending with our GDP and economy. Hooray for Second LifeZ!
With Irishkaiser’s planned holiday trip to Hong Kong, St.Veracity, the maverick and admittedly a superior Finance Manager than the more amateur and nooby Spyware has been handed over control of the Clan Bank.
Give him all your energy and pray for good days like the ones during November. That was a REALLY REALLY GOOD MONTH. December is kind of eh, but January 2018 is expected to be the BIG KIPPER.
1) Trade Run Next Week.
2) Refill the Carriers
