HEADLINES: MOVING ALTS, MOVING MOUNTAINS.
PALUSTER, MIDLANDS- The Alt Movements designed to update the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company’s item distribution. Considering that the UTC has no active threats in the Midlands or at its core home territories, items in the alts have been changed from potions to other items and then moved around to a more linear approach where it would be easier to resupply them and or spread them out where supplies will be easier to get to from the South or resupply to from the North.
Rather than have them all concentrated, alts are now spread out all over and so Company Members and Regimentals can find themselves with easy resupply in certain locations. This only leaves the major problem of… Remembering and documenting what was taken from where… Where we might plan to resupply an alt and WALK IN THE WRONG FUCKING DIRECTION.
“This the Frostbain one?” “Nah, nigga. this is the Devil’s Castle.” “Bitch, it was for Clarce.”

EDITORIAL - MONEY, SIR. MONEY.
Irishkaiser - Some conversations recently had me discuss on advocating the use of renewable energy sources instead of other conventional sources such as gas and fossil fuel. Particularly, in contention of the United States pulling out of the Paris Climate Accords where according to them, is a step backwards and makes people rely on obsolete technology.
These people I say to them, that they seriously do not understand how resources and governments work. I can understand their opposition, but I cannot understand their frustration or the fact that to them, it is “unthinkable” or unexpected. Thermal, Hydroelectric, Wind and Solar are all well and good, if you’re willing to spend more. But hey, the United States is already in trillions of dollars in debt, what’s a hundred billion more to the balance, eh?
First, we must consider that no matter how rich your nation is, your country will always have a budget. We still live a “scarce” world, where resources, no matter how abundant, are limited. Even when they are renewable, it still takes time and energy to produce them, especially because we have to extract and process those raw resources into something useful. What the fuck you going to do with dinosaur juice or a bunch of rocks? Nothing. Until they’re refined or processed, you just have dirt and goo. Think of trees. We can plant them and make more, but planting trees and cutting them down to usable pieces takes time and effort as well.
Same as in money. We have tons of it, but we don’t have access to all of it at the same time and those that we do, we have a limited amount of. This is why we budget what we have. The anti-Accords camp advocates the separation of the United States because in their point of view it makes local American companies in-competitive to others who don’t follow them and those who “follow” but just flaunt the rules and nobody gives a shit when they do it. This would, in their view, help drive the American economy because cheaper supplies mean lower prices and thus better competition.
So what? Just switch the money over to renewable energy, you might say. Renewable resources can replace the status of big oil and American can just be dependent on the air we breath! This is when you start to realize that for all their sustainability, renewable energy sources are less efficient and more expensive to maintain on average than oil and gas. Have any of you fuckers ever maintained solar panels? Do you know how easy that shit can fucking break? Renewable energy sources are only good IF and only IF their conditions are met. Not everyone has underground thermal heat, not everyone lives in a fucking desert where the sun’s consistent waves can justify the maintenance. Wind? Not everyone lives in a windy area. Not everyone has access to strong waterfalls and those that do may find that they may damage their ecosystem by installing such hydroelectric dams.
Renewable energy sources are all diverse and that is the main problem of inputting renewable energy into your infrastructure budget: non-standardized methods and multiple skills that have to be paid for be taken into account and that is a balancing nightmare.
In contrast, the reason why oil and gas are so popular is that you can place them anywhere else and they can run at full efficiency regardless of the conditions most of the time. You literally can get more bang for your buck by having an oil or gas dependent nation than a renewable energy dependent one. Of course, it still all depends on your area’s local conditions.
Nuclear energy? Well, I guess that is the most cost-efficient out of all the choices. Still, there is not only the safety aspect but the political aspect as well. Do you trust every nation to have nuclear power? Even if everyone who doesn’t have nuclear weapons can say they would do it for “peaceful purposes”, nuclear disasters can be expensive to clean up, even in a country of high safety and personnel standards such as Japan that suffer through them because they live near the Pacific Ring of Fire.
Now, let’s say you say that it will be worth it regardless. That it is a price we have to pay for a sustainable future. Alright, sure. Let’s see here. Would you take the money out of minimum wage and or any other part of the budget?
See where I’m going with this? To get this radical transformation and re-fitting of infrastructure, you must sacrifice one for another. Even let’s say there are no partisan politics, you will still have to take money from somewhere.
It wouldn’t be fair that all those dollars spent would be for nothing. It would seem a waste to cancel all those fancy new Carriers that are already in construction. Cut off the workmen’s pay? Hell, what about the healthcare budget? Can’t we take from it instead? How about we cut off or reduce aid to Israel? I mean, they’re doing well. Wait, what? Blocked by pro-Israel camp who would fight for that budget? Exactly.
Money sir, money! Your army does not run because it has men, arms or powder! It has money!

PvP Drill 142nd Mass PvP Event - WHO CAME UP WITH THIS BATTLEFIELD?
Certain War Games were conducted in the shittest of battlefields with some guy(who never even came to his own war games) placing us in one of the most zombie-infested and pigmen prone places on the map because it would be “fun”.
Barely even melee’d each other because all the bow hits attracted zombies.
Oh well, at least I actually managed to use my speed potion in anger on someone. Shit, I used my speed potion. Most deaths were le zombie caused because PIGMEN IN THE GODDAMN TREES.

DOMESTIC - LOCAL OLD MAN FINALLY OUTED BY JOE FOR LEAKING SHADOWHALL INTEL. NOW ON THE RUN.
Irishkaiser on the run last week when Lieutenant_Joe told people publicly in Buffalo-Wings street that he had gained classified documents and news from Shadowhall from Irishkaiser while they were together in the Philippines. The hick being like
8"Irish showed me some stuff from Shadowhall, but it was just too depressing that I barely want to look at them anymore nor do I want to care what happens because hearing them makes my head hurt.“8
This was in a conversation with certain employees of the Foreign Office who were commenting about the God-awful mentality of our enemies and how much they were a bunch of losers they were in real life but saying that they cannot reveal anymore due to lack of clearance.
Lieutenant_Joe did not have clearance or access to the information and so the hunt was on as policemen in those tall helmets began to comically chase Irishkaiser to the theme of Benny Hill. Irishkaiser was reportedly shouting:
“JOE, YOU KILLED US ALL.”

FINANCE - AUGUST? GRAND? MORE LIKE SIDEWAYS
It’s so bad that the most was just finding a representative for us to play the stockmarket in the US. Damn, sideways stocks. At least when it’s a bear, there’s some volatility and things go both up and down. We can take advantage of that… But Goddamn the sideways… It barely moves.
