Aspermont, W.L - The Winterhilfswerk promised to the Tenner citizens have not been distributed but are to be given out by Monday, lazertester said.
After prolonged 10-day delay, only minor irritation on the false expectations raised by the admins was reported by Irishkaiser, otherwise all was calm because we’re not nigga moment premiums who riot at every Goddarn second of something not going their way.
In spite of this, Kaiser threatened to club some premiums every one hour if the XP would still not be delivered starting Tuesday 12AM EST.
Irishkaiser - Clans are like sandbags with holes in them, you have to constantly put in new sand to replace the sand coming out. Aggressive recruitment policies and a stable pool of newer members is essential to the longevity of a clan, but the actual issue plaguing those who have that stable pool to draw its new members from is if the successors are merely just puppets being controlled by the older members who have no original ideas of their own and must always look for the permission of the older members before they do anything.
I’ve seen many clans fall to this vanity-based model such as this one guy called D1amond(we used to call him D1), he led one of the big clans but he’d “quit” every now and then and he’d appoint unoriginal but loyal puppets who are essentially just being figureheads while D1 still leads the clan… And of course, the clan lasted only as long as D1 still kept playing the game… Soon as he stopped for certain, the clan fell apart and immediately disintegrated.
The fault of this is that there is no change of power structure at all, there is no independence and there is no new direction and vision.
Time’s change and it needs new vision and fresh, adventurous, daring individuals to meet those challenges; the old must know when to retire or if they ever say they’ll “retire” they must mean it, but they must retire with a plan - not simply on the spot appointment completely biasing the power structure to favor the old guard.
Indeed, even I have trouble finding that successor… I encourage as much initiative, independence, autonomy and free thought as possible but I still have not found that person in the Company who meets our unique standards which must include determination, obligation to duty and love for identity. Our power structure itself is still closed - all Directory members come from ONE REGIMENT. Not only that, they also come from ONE NATION/COUNTRY and ONE CULTURE, making finding that certain person even more difficult to train.
Turning us into a “puppet” clan would be vain and therefore abhorrent to our moral code WHICH IS UNBREAKABLE. If you’re reading this, Company member, I know not many of you have dreams of even leading the Company and just want to hang out as a mere follower, finding something to do because you were increasingly bored with just exploring, hopping or PvPing… But by Talos, HAVE SOME INITIATIVE and someone at least TRY to be an young anime protagonist with big dreams for once.
The directory reports that it delivered about:
7 Iron Swords
2 Chain Sets
1 Slowness Potion
In exchange for
17 Health Potions
This trade run was actually much more glorious. The zombies are no threat to us and we do not suffer as much hunger because we walk more on average compared to the premiums who always have to sprint jump to some place, heck I wonder if they sprint jump to the bus stop if they’re late for school IRL. The Romero’s Angels joined us in this trade run, but a minor confusion resulting in the death of “ticklemob” forfeited 1/3 for their payments and Boonut’s too.
Lieutenant_Jew was found spreading exaggerated Jewish lies again, shouting “JUSTICE FOR TICKLEVON MOBTIN!” as a bloody premium always twisting things to his favor, trying to cause trouble and creating unnecessary ruckus. To George Zimmerman we pray he will visit be visited by.
The trade run also revealed a new inefficient weakness in our inventories, lacking the space we once had as we were all heavily armed with legendaries and other “hidden” weapons such as diamond swords. Vampyrs, Grey Bows and the like all had to take an extra space alongside standard iron sword and Power Bow.
Recent trade ventures have found that the Company has satisfactorily met, engaged and encountered the threats of the Eternal Premium in the South and can now rightfully boast as a credible fighting force in MineZ with expertise in fighting premiums and or massed leather bandits.
The only thing left is standardization of equipment as some still have not properly received equipment or their space was running out.
