Games that I am "Planning" to play

This is a list of games I am planning to play or revisit. If a reason is applicable next to them, I list it. Also as a note to readers, this is not listed in chronological order. This serves my uses mainly, but you're free to make what you want of the list below, or even use it if you want to find cool games. Also a note about my interests, I quite like a lot of boomer shooters. I also like FPS-RPG hybridgs if they have captivating RPG and acceptable FPS mechanics. I also enjoy best-in-their class games of other genres(Portal, The Witness) as examples. I also have a thing for brutally hard games. Not like Super Meat Boy, but games like STALKER or The Long Dark where it's not intended to be forgiving. Also not like Dark Souls(Dark Souls' combat looks unresponsive which isn't what I look for in a game). Everything I list here is influenced by my opinions, and if you disagree, that just means you are wrong.

Play

- Dusk Episodes 2 and 3

- Amid Evil

- Complete Arcnae Dimensions

- Quake 2 (Needs purchasing)

- DOOM Eternal (Needs purchasing)

- Quake 1 expansions (Needs purchasing)

- Scavenger SV-4

- Blood (It was very enjoyable. Revisit to play Death Wish mod)

- The Witness

- Rain World

- Hexen 1, 2

- Heretic 1, 2(maybe)

- Star Wars Dark Forces

- Duke Nukem 3D

- Shadow Warrior(The Classic one, not the 3D one)

- Chasm (Compared to HROT, worth a look)

- Chex Quest (for a good laugh)

- Delver (Erebus mod)

- Squad (With a friend called Spywin. Next time it's on sale I'll get it)

- Halo 3 Master Chief Collection (I played 3 as a kid, I want to replay it)

- Monster Hunter World Iceborne

- Monster Hunter Gen X or whatever it's called on Switch

Revisit

- Half Life 1 (Masterful and enjoyable. If you haven't played it, graphically it fails but design-wise it's best in its class. Too bad it set the standard for the worst 15 years of shooters, with realism as the only focus instead of enjoyment)

- Half Life Opposing Force (Blue Shift is just Half Life 1 bootleg. This actually does more compelling stuff)

- Ion Fury

- Portal (It's good)

- Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (Suffered some gamebreaking bugs the first time I played, but after reading and watching some, I think it's worth a revisit)

- The Talos Principle

- Teleglitch: Die More Edition

- VVVVVV

- HROT(When Episodes 2 and 3 release)

- System Shock 2

- Terraria

- STALKER(

- NEO Scavenger (Civilisation meets RPG meets Nuclear Apocalypse)

- Fallout New Vegas

- Fallout 4 (Modded for more roleplay elements. It appeals too much to shooter gameplay. If I wanted a shooter I'd play a boomer shooter)

- Hyper Light Drifter

- The Long Dark (CBT, or as I call it, Cold Ball Torture)

- Caves of Qud
