Updated countries list for shipping.
Now filtered out countries that can't be shipped to.
Also filtered out countries that don't have a city that can be set as an option(due to Stripe's limitations). These are Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates. I will at a later date look at adding these back, as especially the city-states are easy to add back(Hong Kong, Gibraltar, Singapore), by enriching that data.
Additionally, removed Guam and Puerto Rico. You can still order for these countries as they are considered under international shipping a state of the USA.
