RSS Rework #

Firstly the times to fetch an RSS feed have been much improved. Now it has gone from about 14 seconds to fetch my full blog list to about 200ms.

Secondly the cost of this was that the long descriptions that featured the full content of the blog post had to go as most of the processing time was file IO for this. Please let me know if this was very useful to you and your use case of RSS. I may provide a 2nd RSS feed alongside it to do this, with an item count limit. Uncertain as of yet, hence I need feedback on this change.
